This is a multifloral raw honey made from nectar gathered on highland meadows in the Taurus Mountains. It is strained only — never heated, never blended with anything.
Like most glucose-rich blossom honeys it may crystallize over time. That is a natural process, not spoilage; a gentle warm-water bath makes it runny again.
